By purchasing from K-Name, you agree to the following terms.

1. The product

K-Name provides a personalized digital package: a Korean name with meaning explanation, calligraphy images, pronunciation audio, and a commemorative certificate. The certificate is a cultural keepsake and has no legal effect — it does not change your legal name in any jurisdiction.

2. Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by PayPal. Your package is generated automatically after payment and delivered on screen and by email, normally within minutes. See our Refund Policy for delivery issues.

3. Usage rights

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, print, and share your package for personal purposes. Commercial resale of the generated assets is not permitted.

4. Fair use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. We may refuse service for abusive behavior.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your package.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
