Refund Policy

K-Name sells personalized digital goods. Every name package is custom-generated for you the moment you order, based on the answers you provide.

All sales are final

Because your package is custom digital work that is created and delivered immediately, all sales are final once your name has been issued. We cannot “take back” a delivered digital product.

When we will refund you

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but never received your package (check your spam folder first, then contact us within 14 days), or
• A technical failure on our side made your package impossible to deliver.

How to contact us

Email us with your certificate serial number or the email address you used at checkout, and we will respond within 2 business days.

Note: dissatisfaction with the style of a correctly delivered name is not a delivery failure. The personality and vibe options at checkout control the style of your name.
